yesterday
Yesterday after school I helped with soldering the wires for the battery. Then me and Desirae began to solder the censors. It took us a while to do this since the wire once it in the three way terminal kept coming out. But then finally we got it right and it stayed in. After that we heat shrink the wires to the terminal. Then me and Bianca put the censors on Daniel (the robot). It toke a lot of zip ties and zip ties anchors to make them stay on. Shortly after Ledge told us we needed to wire the lights to the robots so that once the robot turns on then the light would also be on. So, me, Isabel and Bianca did this. The gauges we worked with were really small and delicate. They were smaller than 16 gauges! That was the smallest gauges I have ever seen. It took about 5 seconds to solder the wires since they were so small and thin. So, thats basically what I did yesterday.
